One vertical portrait, waist up, clear space above your head. It's cropped into a circle in three places on your card — centered composition, clean background, no group shots.
10–20 seconds, vertical, same framing as the portrait. It plays inside the hero circle with your photo as the fallback. Leave blank to use the photo only.
The full-width image at the top of your card. Wide 16:9 — skyline, your primary neighborhood, or a lifestyle shot. No logos baked in.
Transparent PNG of the wordmark. A single-color version is ideal — we flip it white or black to sit on your banner.
One line, editorial, personal-statement tone — "White Glove Service in Miami's Most Coveted Neighborhoods."
One only. It appears in your call-to-action headline ("Get [neighborhood] alerts") — choose where your buyer demand actually is.
These four numbers display prominently on your card. They must be accurate and defensible — they're marketing claims under your license.
Displayed as chips. 3–5 max, comma-separated — more than five dilutes all of them.
